An Ingredient Near & Dear To My Heart

I just discovered this site food52, and boy was I just in time!  I spotted their open competition for recipes including corn off the cob.  As many of you know, I am a Cornhusker through and through, so I couldn’t pass a corn competition!  I just barely managed to submit a recipe in time, and I had to miss a hamburger and whiskey outing to do so.  That’s how much I wanted to enter this corn contest!
